	What about General Ledger?
	TimePro has a built-in-CPA-approved General Ledger that is ranked better than the stand-alone or add-ons of other packages. It allows you to use your current ledger accounts and provides for branch operations with all financial reports included along with detailed activity for each account.
	What about Accounts Payable?
	Sure. You're on the Cash Accounting basis, but you still want to know what vendors you use, how much you owe, payment history, etc. TimePro has it all built-in and will even write the checks for you.
	What about Check Writing?
	The ability to write checks is included, from any bank account with overdraw protection and complete detailed reports. Trust funds are completely separate from general funds and include many safeguards to prevent misuse. You can even connect to third party Mortgage Closing Programs to eliminate the usual double entry when such packages are used.
	What about Calendaring?
	Time Pro includes an easy-to-use scheduling program to remind you of important dates, both personal and business. Also included are critical dates for courts.
	What about Statute of Limitations?
	For law firms concerned with SOL, TimePro includes all important dates for each matter, and complete reports and labels.
	What about Conflict of Interest?
	TimePro offers a built-in Conflict of Interest module that can display or print all conflicts for each new client or matter.
	What about Multi-User and Networking?
	TimePro is designed to be both a single user system and a multi-user system. The standard system at $225 uses data files that can connect to a network or to Windows 98/ME/2000/NT/XP. The system uses a client/server database for best data integrity and speed in an over 10 user environment. Ask about Client/Server setup
	What about Attorney Bonus Preparation?
	All time on each bill can be automatically or manually assigned to the proper attorney or timekeeper. This results in reports showing billed hours and fees by attorney, client and matter. For year-end bonuses and evaluation reports, each receipt can be automatically or manually allocated to the attorney or timekeeper. Thus, reports can be prepared showing the amount each attorney has brought into the firm.
	What about Bill Designing?
	TimePro includes 14 basic billing formats, each of which can be modified by the user giving dozens of billing formats. In addition, the user can specify the inclusion of optional columns such as initials, hours, etc and can also specify the column placement of each field. Thus, for example, the narrative description can be printed in long rows or short paragraphs. The type style for every section can be altered to suit your law firm.
	What about Receivable Collecting?
	TimePro includes several reports to assist the firm or billing attorney in speeding collections. Receivable ageing reports by client/matter can be prepared as well as special reports for the billing attorney.
	What about Branch Offices?
	Each matter or case in TimePro can optionally be assigned to a branch office. General ledger accounts can also be created for up to 99 branch offices. Thus statistical reports and financial reports can be printed for each branch or as consolidated reports.
	What about Financial Reports?
	A full complement of financial reports is available in the TimePro System. These include Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, a Trial Balance sheet and detailed activity reports for each ledger number.
	What about Reprinting Bills?
	A client's bill can be reprinted at any time. In addition, the specifics can be changed if the narrative or amounts need to be altered on the reprint.
	What about Billing Frequency?
	A client's bill can be prepared at any time. There is no waiting for month end closing. The data is available immediately.
	What about Correcting Charges?
	All unbilled charges can be modified at any time. Narrative can be added or changed; hours, fees and costs can be corrected. Unbilled charges can be transferred to different clients and attorneys if necessary.
	What about Remote Data Collecting?
	Available in TimePro is the ability to collect data from remote sources. Telephone calls, photocopies, faxes, etc. can be automatically transferred to TimePro from their source.
	What about Canceling Bills?
	Often after a client's bill is prepared and posted, some un-added time is discovered, or a change to a narrative is required. In TimePro, you can cancel a posted bill removing all added statistics and placing the charges back into the Unbilled File, where corrections can be made and the charges re-billed.
