Does TimePro have a check register for use with the bank reconciliation program?
As it stands now we're having to make duplicate entries with Quicken
(we currently use PCLaw) to keep the bank accounts straight.
What a pain! It's a step we'd prefer to eliminate.

Here is the look of TimePro.
First, here is the Main Menu.

EASY SET-UP: Just use the Menu at the left to set-up TimePro. Follow Each Item in Order.
Click Beginner's Intro at right for an introduction to TimePro.


The HELP menu is accessed by the HELP Box at the Upper Right. And finally, you'll notice the rectangle in the right middle. This is a special feature that enables you to select from a list of options in English and call that application. For example, if you want to enter Cash Receipts, you would select the phrase "Enter Cash Receipts" and that program would be called automatically without having to select the item from the menu. This is a real time-saver when you are learning the program. 

Here is the Easy Time Slip Entry:

Above is an example of just how easy can be. This is the Easy Time Slip Entry Screen. Of course   also has more complex Time Slip Entry with Activity and Task Codes and all the trimmings, but here is how easy it can be if all you want to do is enter a time slip.

As you enter each character of the Timekeeper Initials and Client Name,
the closest match automatically appears. No need to consult a list of numbers.
When you exit the Client Name field, the Matter Number automatically appears in the Matter Number field. In the Description field, Macros automatically expand to their full meaning.

BILLING

In  you'll find many different ways to bill a client, from bill cycle to user codes, but here is the simplest: by Client Name and Matter Number.

Just enter the date of the bill on the above screen, and the client name (or click box) and the matter number automatically appears. Click Print Bill. That's it and your client bill is prepared. It doesn't get any easier than this.
